Shipping & Delivery

The delivery time depends on your location, please see our shipping page for all the estimated delivery times.

To offer the best possible rates, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

We get it! Mistakes happen. Don't worry, we're here to help.

Please email us at support@equalitythreads.com as soon as possible with your order number and new address.

As soon as your order is placed, we aim to craft and dispatch the item as soon as possible. Once your item has been dispatched, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. 
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package. 
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them. 

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, please get in touch with us at support@equalitythreads.com with your order number. 

If the order destination is in the United States, United Kingdom or European Union there will be ZERO fees to pay. For the European Union if the order value is over €150, then there will be customs fees to pay.

For other destinations, you may incur customs fees depending on the country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

EqualityThreads will happily accept returns as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
  • All items must be returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date.
  • Original shipping charges you pay or we pay are not refundable.
  • Invoice must be included in return package.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Sadly at this time, we cannot cover the postage cost of returning the item to us.

We hope to be big enough one day to offer free returns but we aren't quite there yet!

We are working hard behind the scenes to get the orders in and out of our fulfilment centres.

We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged.

As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately! If you forget to grab this receipt, we will just need to wait until that one gets back to our warehouse before we can go ahead.

To start the returns process please email us at support@equalitythreads.com with the subject line RETURN along with your order number.

A member of our team will then walk you through the next steps!

We’re sad to see you go! Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end.

From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank.

If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank or merchant directly.

Product Questions

We are really sorry if one of our products doesn't offer a design variation in your pride flag's colours.

Inclusivity is at the heart of what we do! However, due to us being a small business at the start of our journey and with over 20 different pride flags, we currently aren't able to create designs for each flag.

Although, we'd love to create a custom product for you!

Please contact us at support@equalitythreads.com and tell us which product and pride flag you would like us to create and we'll be in touch!

Absolutely! All of our products are produced in a W.R.A.P Platinum certified facility (NO sweatshops, NO child labour).

We also source our blank garments from responsible manufacturers with high environmental and ethical standards.

Yep!

All our products are free from animal products. We also use Oeko-Tex™ certified inks and embroidery threads which are 100% vegan.

Payments & Safety

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro/Switch, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express and Paypal.

Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process.

As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
