Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton is one of the highest quality types of cotton.

It results in a soft and durable garment with no scratchy cheap feel!

Before being spun into yarn, the raw cotton is put through one of the most intense combing processes.

This ensures every piece of debris and impurity leaving nothing but pure cotton.

Then using only the longest staples of the best cotton, we spin the yarn that has less stray fibers.

Bottom line, there's NO cotton that is as soft as the signature Airlume Combed and Ring-spun from Bella+Canvas.

Embroidery & Sustainability = A Perfect Match

• Our embroidery threads are made from 100% recycled polyester. Sourced from recycled post-consumer PET bottles.

• We completely eliminate water consumption. This is due to instant color application while embroidering, as no water is used to pre-dye threads.

• Durable! All our embroidery has a protective backing layer to prevent thread fraying and ensure it lasts a long time.

Zero-Waste Policy

• This product is made especially for you. It takes time for us to create and send out the product, but making each order on-demand allows us to avoid overproduction and textile waste. This way we get to take care of you and the planet we all share.

• Excess fabric is recycled into a number of things like baby bibs or stuffing for upholstery. Let nothing go to waste!

Eco-Friendly Dyeing Process

• This t-shirt is sourced from BELLA+CANVAS. They dye all of the fabric in Los Angeles and abide by some of the strictest EPA regulations in the world. The dyes they use are environmentally friendly and Blue Sign approved.

Water Reduction Manufacturing

• By using newer, more efficient dye machines, this t-shirt is made with 7x less water than the average for clothing manufacturers, saving 24 million gallons a week!

• Any water we do use goes through a filtration system that allows it to be recycled!

PCR Packaging

• All products are packed in post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic
  mailers.

• PCR packaging is made from everyday items, like used plastic bags and bottles. This material
  protects your order just as well as regular plastic bags, however, choosing PCR over first-use
  plastics reduces the environmental impact plastic has on our planet.

• The share of recycled plastic per bag depends on each facility, but it’s at least 70% for the outside (white or grey) packaging and at least 30% for the inside (clear) bags that are used in multi-item shipments.
