The delivery time depends on your location, please see our shipping page for all the estimated delivery times.
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
To start the returns process please email us at support@equalitythreads.com or use our contact form with the subject line RETURN along with your order number.
A member of our team will then walk you through the next steps!
These things happen! Please email us immediately with the subject line CHANGE or CANCEL and we will do our absolute best to carry out your request. If it has already been dispatched from our fulfilment partner you will need to go through our returns process.
As we do our best to get your orders out to you as soon as we can, occasionally an order will be processed before the team has a chance to change it. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
Helpful information
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We will happily accept returns as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- All items must be returned to us within 28 days of the delivery date.
- Original shipping charges you pay or we pay are not refundable.
- Invoice must be included in return package.
Please note that customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
We hope to be big enough one day to offer free returns but we aren't quite there yet!
