RETURNS

- We will gladly take care of any defective/incorrect products. Please contact us at support@equalitythreads.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you!

- EqualityThreads will happily accept returns as long as you notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.

- All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

- Original shipping charges you pay or we pay are not refundable.

- Invoice must be included in return package.

 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

To complete your return, please email our support team to get your unique returns reference. Any items returned without a note letting us know your unique returns reference is likely to experience long delays, or may not be identified at all. 

Please note that you are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping. We hope to one day be big enough to be able to cover all costs! 

Once your returned item has been received and processed by the team, we will process your new order within 5 business days. If you'd like to check the status of your new order at any time, feel free to reach out to the team at support@equalitythreads.com

 

REFUNDS 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@equalitythreads.com
