The LGBT Foundation has been providing a wide range of service to our community for 48 years.

Every year they give a voice, provide help and offer hope to 40,000 people through a range of services including domestic abuse support, trans advocacy, hate crime reporting, legal advice, therapy sessions and way more.

Last year, their helpline alone responded to a total of 4,226 calls a total of 722 hours of support.

The Proud Trust is named after its vital mission “That every young person can be proud of their identity without fear or shame.”

They host youth groups and community events to bring the LGBTQ+ youth together to support each other.

They also offer essential resources about gender, sexuality and coming out whilst also training schools to equip them in being fully LGBT+ inclusive in their lessons!
